We specialize in one on one firearms training. Whether for recreational purposes or personal protection, our goal is to arm you with the skill set so that you can safely and confidently handle a firearm.

We can also design a course for your specific needs.
Handgun Class-Module A
Students will learn:
Basic Firearms Safety
Weapon Nomenclature
Fundamentals of Shooting
Weapon Manipulation
Weapon Cleaning
This is our basic firearms course. The Module A is designed for students with minimal to no experience in firearms handling and shooting.

In the Module A class, students will learn the basics of firearms safety, the fundamentals of marksmanship (stance, grip, sight alignment, sight picture, trigger control and etc), and proper ways to manipulate the weapon. Students will also learn the nomenclatures of the weapon and how to break down the weapon for proper cleaning and maintenance.

Cost: $200
Duration: 2 hours

- One on One Instruction w/ a Certified Instructor
- Range Fees
- Targets
- Eyes/Ears Protection

Student will provide his/her own firearm and ammunition (approx. 200 rounds).
Handgun Class-Module B
Students Will Learn:
Weapon Reloading Techniques
Weapon Malfunctions
Flashlight Techniques
The Module B class will build on the Module A class. Students should have successfully completed the Module A class before taking the Module B class or must demonstrate minimum proficiency beyond the Module A level.
Students will learn various weapon reloading techniques, recognizing and defeating various types of weapon malfunctions, and various shooting with flashlight techniques.

Cost: $200
Duration: 2 hours

Student will provide his/her own firearm, flashlight and ammunition (approx. 250 rounds).
Handgun Class-Module C
Students Will Learn:
Shooting from the Holster
Shooting with Movement
Shooting at Different Positions
The Module C is designed for the advanced shooter. Successful completion of Module A and Module B is required before taking Module C or the student must demonstrate minimum proficiency beyond the Module A and Module B level.

Students will learn how to shoot from the holstered position, shoot at different positions (standing, squatting, kneeling, and prone) and shoot with movement.
​
Cost: $250
Duration: 2 hours

At TBL Training and Gear, we aim to provide a safe, fun, and simplistic approach to firearms training.

Our company was formed because we are passionate about firearms, firearms safety and training. We believe in the 2nd Amendment and the right to bear arms shall not be infringed, so as long as we can do it safely and responsibly.
We provide a fun and practical approach to firearms training with a strong emphasis on safety and the fundamentals.
We prefer one on one instructions because our focus is the student. Our instructors are all certified with many years of military and/or law enforcement experience.
